In Y-axis it is the Quantity adsorbed (cm3/g at STP), this will be obtained from adsorption isotherm (typically nitrogen adsorption isotherm) data, the specific (P/Po) value statistical thickness calculated.
As for the FHH plot, please, see my article about doping silica/titania with CuO/NiO. I used it to estimate fractal dimension. The purpose of the FHH plot is to establish by means of Ds morphological type of the nanostructure, whether aggregates or agglomerates of aggregates were formed. Your welcome!
