So, a crop has three planting seasons. Assuming, crops planted in three seasons have the same growing day. How do I model aggregated crop production (aggregating crop production in three seasons into a total crop production) ? Shall I use a delay time as 3 times of crop growing day ? Are there papers explain / use this approach ?

I think it is better that your Model have three State Variables. for any Seasonal Crop assign a individually State Variables and finally aggregation of crops could be obtained by Summation of this state Variables by using an Auxiliary Variable
