We are analyzing data and have found the following finding. The results show that men and women hold equal responsibilities for many aspects of forest management and decision making in the home.
For some variables, men dominate and for some women dominate.
How can we interpret these results?

As suggeste by our colleague Emmanuel Murray, we need more research information and details to be able to help: (1) what is your reserch domain?; what is (are) your resaerch question(s); (3) what are the expected finding goals?. Then we really need a context - demographic, social, economic, cultural, etc. - in order to evaluate any gender possible finding or interpretation.

Thank you for taking the time to look into my question.
The context for this study is that forests are disappearing fast in Uganda. Some of the reasons why forests are disappearing are the population growth in Uganda and the associated need for land for crop growing and products such as fuelwood. In order to effectively manage natural resources such as forests, there is a need to involve all stakeholders such as women.
The needs of different stakeholders are different and must be taken into account if all stakeholders are to be engaged. If we are going to include women in forest conservation we need to understand their attitudes and perceptions about their involvement in management and equity to benefits.
This study was undertaken with the objective of understanding gender-differentiated perceptions resources of the people living in and around Mbale Central Forest Reserve on management, benefit-sharing and governance of forests and their resources.
The people of Mbale where this national park is found are a rural community whose major source of livelihood is agricultural cropping. Beyond that little is documented about their culture. The people living near the park are poor and suffer land shortages.
