Using jet water to carry floating bridge on river or sea carrying people ,cars and others between two towns.
There may be reasons for interest in using jet water for buoyancy, but when carrying people, cars, etc., the jet water might be used for speed propulsion, but using commercially available plans of floating barges with ferry boats to move them may be best to consider or adjust to fit need. Air with added protection of styrofoam or other buoyant product is a safe method. Definitely have a licensed engineer to review and approve plans for safety and liability.
