You can assume the reaction Si + 4.4 Li+ + 4.4e- -> SiLi4.4.
This reaction involves 4.4 electron transfers per silicon atom.
Q=zF/M gives you the theoretical specific capacity (z=4.4; F= Faraday constant; M= molar mass of Si) of 4200 mAh/g.
The charge-discharge current can be calculated from that value, e.g. a 0.1C rate corresponds to 420 mA/g.
