How do you train legal workers and civil servants to using digital technology and remove errors by accessing the right text/version of the Law of interest, applicable at a certain date?
Any experience of multiple versions of the same law pulled out by different people on the same case?
How do you explain Management inertia to recognise legal errors in Legal Processes (three versions, at least two of them are false/fake law)?

You Renaud Di Francesco are right to state that the application of law is full of basic irrationality, expressed in rationalized language. Legal technology may offer some help for clarification, but the key issue itself is a cultural one, with respect to fundamental human thought errors and resulting life conflicts.
These are old questions...
Technology does not come to the aid of those who deal with "laws".
If anything, it exacerbates the problems, above all because lawyers and jurists are refractory to any technological use of their "trades".
Many thanks Gioacchino de Candia you share the concerns, and confirm them! It's sad to see public administration in one Ministry of Italy not using the platform and tools developed by the top level of the government (Presidenza del Consiglio). Humans are more than faulty, in this specific case, they refuse to take responsibility and recognise then correct their mistakes. In such cases, bypassing "humans in the loop" not helping, might be valuable!
Many thanks for the "plan of recovery" devised by Barbara Sawicka which is very reasonable and solid. The only difficulty is that a context full of irrationality is being faced, with people in denial of truth in front of them. Since we speak of Rome, allow me the comparison with the 350 years taken by the Catholic Church to accept that Galileo was right (in my own perception, it may have been linked to Copernicus being a national hero in Poland, and the pope then being from that great country...).
Unfortunately many of us do not have 350 years ahead of them for decisions to be corrected...
