There are many methods for assessing the validity and significance of the results of experiments. We may use SPSS or structural equation modeling method through using AMOS or any other application.

Validation in my line can be a contentious subject, but in general, validation is accepted if your assay gives the correct value for a standard material or the same value for a series of real (clinical) samples against another validated method.
There are many methods for assessing the validity and significance of the results of experiments. We may use SPSS or structural equation modeling method through using AMOS or any other application.
Validity in the sense how good are your results. It depends on experimental design methods/procedure you choose. Validity in data collection tells about your observations how certainly reveals the occurrence you are declaring are calculated.
