How do secreted enzymes meet their requirements for Cofactors?

I am working on a microbial enzyme which is supposed to be extracellular. Wondering how co-factors such as NADH or FADH are obtained by these enzymes for their reactions? Are they generally found in the environment? or are they secreted already bound to their co-factors?
