Inclusive education is variable depending on the culture, mythology and the capacity to support individuals with challenges in the neighbourhood school. With an emphasis on academics and success measured by test scores, children with significant diverse educational needs are often left in the dust, and parents understand and remove the stress, by removing the child from the school.
