Philip Lifwergren , in an ad for the Bio X it is noted: "...and a user-friendly software that guides the user throughout the printing process". Are you referring to the Cellink Bio X? Did you try to contact the manufacturer for support? I have heard they are willing to provide for support. Also, what do you mean by two combined models? Do you mean 2 models, that each require the use of two different print heads on a build plate for a single gcode file? I have been exploring how to build 3D printers from scratch, I don't think you need to know how to code gcode from scratch with the Bio X, but I could be wrong...?

Cory Jensen I have managed to solve it, but that you for your reply.

Philip Lifwergren , great(!) how did you solve your problem?

Cory Jensen I used Sli3r. Imported a model and then added elements/models to that model. Then I could assign different printheads to the different models. Also got a file from Cellink to place the origin at the centre of the print bed and not at (0,0,0), which is the default in Sli3r.
