There are many ways to use PDMS to carry out micro-replication and the correct curing method/PDMS formulation really depends on what you are trying to accomplish. See the attached paper as an example of UV curable PDMS. Also, Dow Corning sells some UV curable products, which may or may not be appropriate for your particular application.
I guess you can directly buy UV curable PDMS. Then there was a paper where they use conventional PDMS (10:1 ratio of base to curing agent ) and mix benzophenone in xylene to convert it to photoPDMS. DThen degas and coat the surface/mold , expose to UV (you can use a Chrome mask) . Depending on the UV wavelength you are going to use, you can chose what to add to conventional PDMS.
