Hello, Please anyone explain to me, how I may use the probes information available on probebase online database and how I may use the probe sequences (like primers on probebase) and amplify the nucleic acid fragments for hybridization in FISH analysis. Thank you!

As FISH probes need to be at least 10 better 15 kb in size, you can only do long range PCR to produce own probes - and for that you need to select your region of interest and check if there are suitable sequences there you may use for this approach.
Thanks Thomas, I am investigating the special bacterial groups from soil samples in relation to disease suppression, I am using 16sRNA gene and also want to design the probes for 16sRNA gene. Kindly, suggest me more issues related to the probe design and should i use the probe information for bacterial groups that is already present in literature. Thanks
I think you can use the region of interest amplified(preferably below 1kb) as probe for FISH
