Do you mean add a page break, start a new section, a new chapter? I assume you are looking for something deeper than "press the enter key." You might try explain what you are looking for.

First, you are looking at what other scholars have written (books, peer reviewed articles etc..). on motivation among employees. Therefore, in your presentation, group all "concepts" + "data" others have analysed.

Introduction

In this presentation, the researcher would consider two sections, concepts, and data analysis.

1. Concepts, (constructs used in your selected materials for review)

Here, Jemie, you would interact with your selected materials.

a. Make sure you have a flow of thoughts.

b. Group similarities in the concepts

c. Group the difference in the concepts

d. Agree and disagree with the concepts.

e. Bring the gap and say these are the current debates and I have identified a gap; hence I am willing to join the discussion.

2. Data Analysis (How the reviewed materials did it).

Using the steps, a to c above,

a. Check and discuss the methodologies used in the selected materials.

b. The "how, why and what" of those analysis must guide your discussion.

It is more of a systematic review and I can see you might be aiming at a Quantitative study.

So for the literature review, you introduce the topic, review current literature including common methodology, then state your research questions and how you aim to answer them. How you analyse data is methodology, not literature review :)
