To every manuscript submitted to scopus index journal, there exist reviewers comments that needs to be answered correctly before the manuscript get accepted finally. But, most time, the reviewers comments may go out of the scope of the submitted, some comments are direct questions rather than the corrections and suggestion. Most time, some reviewers even suggest the use of oerticular references in the comments.

How can one overcome this to get the manuscript accepted? Wrong answers to the reviewers comments can make the manuscript get rejected.

Is asking direct/personal questions from reviewers to the authors right during review process?
