Dear Viji,

I did ITS sequencing and it seems that I have Fusarium. I did also TEF sequencing and blast it against Fusarium-ID to figure out a species complex. Meanwhile, I have some sequences don't related to Fusarium. I think the identity percentage was lower than 90%.

I haven't done annotation as I'm not bioinformatics and I do not know how to do it. Would you mind help please?
