How do I prepare an RNA gel?

I am looking to assess the quality of some RNA that I have extracted from human adipose tissue. Currently using a page supported by ThermoFisher (https://www.thermofisher.com/us/en/home/references/protocols/nucleic-acid-purification-and-analysis/rna-protocol/agarose-gel-electrophoresis-of-rna.html) as a guide.

Does anyone have a good protocol/recipes for analyzing the quality of RNA? Any ladders you recommend?
