Dear everybody,

I wanted to run a conjunction analysis on my fMRI data to find regions that are, e.g., more active in one condition than another, but at the same time correlated with a behavioral score.

I found a script for FSL (http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/fac/sci/statistics/staff/academic-research/nichols/scripts/fsl/). However, there, a cluster-based correction is used for significance testing, while I would like to use FDR correction (p < .05) - I also have used this approach in the individual contrasts (along with a more extended ROI mask). Does anybody know a useful script or how to do that?

Thanks, Stefan
