How do I measure hyroxytyrosol metabolites concentration in plasma?

I would like to measure hydroxytyrosol metabolites in plasma, since hydroxytyrosol itself is rapidly excreted. I have looked for methods using HPLC, but I have not found one suitable for swine plasma.
