I have Shape file Land use classification of two different year( 2000 and 2015).
I have to make change detection map using this shape file using arcgis or erdas.Can any one help me to do this please

Try with ArcGIS 3D Tools ----> Analysis -----> Overlay Intersect or Union options
Safwan, Post Classification Change Detection is a standard technique in change detection studies. If you simply search for it in Google you will get millions of results. I've attached some youtube links which answers your question. Other than that I would also recommend that you explore the 'Model Maker' tool in ERDAS Imagine which has an 'Image Difference' model in-built. Then you also have 'Two Image functions' and many more. In ArcGIS too, there are many tools like the 'Overlay' which Ramesh already mentioned and the simple 'Image Analysis' toolbar to name a few. Try them out.

It seems to me that change detection tool is very popular on remote sensing software but not very common on GIS softwares. For your problem, I suggest using Intersect tool in 3D Analysis package.
