While doing non-linear buckling analysis, i have to get the variation of tensile stress a glass plate at the mid-span section. How do u get it in ABAQUS? I have to get the load at which the tensile stress becomes 45N/mm2

Go to the ODB file. Go to path. There are several selection options like all elements between two points. Select the elements you need. Then create XY data for path (you can do both stress and strain or whatever you need). In the plot option you can plot stress or strain along the path. If you apply a large load by step, then you can plot stress for different step time. From there, I believe you can find the load you are looking for. Chapter 4 page 37 describes how to select specific section. Chapter 12 page 50-51 describes how to create a path.
