Hello,
I want to determine the conductivity of porous TiO2 films contacted by transparent electrodes. So far I use ITO, but other transparent electrodes would also work and Cr/Au contact pads on both sides. My main concern is that this stack works like a diode. Dose anyone know a setup like this? And knows something about electronic properties? It would also be possible to add extra layers for electron injection.

Try to use EIS (electrochemical impedance spectroscopy).
Connect WORK and REF together.
Allow enough pressure on ITO electrodes.
