I am working in mosquito control, so for that i need to find out the Oneway- Anova analysis for my data but i do not know that how do i run that so please i have herein request to you all, that how do i find out these with help garphpad prism or SPSS by turkey test and Please give me a suggestions step by step method....

But based on my knowledge, i try to all the demo example with help of Youtube and books but there is used control (100) for comparisons with treated but in this case of larval mortality, there is no way to put control with 100 % because, there is no mortality should not occured in control when compared to those example then how can i followed it and you can see the attached video is here...
First thing, one way anova means you have dependent variable(continuous or interval, doubt power when Y is ordinal) and several independent variables. In general anova assess do my y change as I change x but can not answer which ones are different than others so that is why you need to further need to use tukey or post-hoc after rejecting null. here is a link for step by step one way anova using SPSS.
