Depends on how your data are coded. I will assume that you have percentages and I will have to convert them back to fractions.

The percentages are in a column named Bob.

ABob=arsin(sqrt(Bob/100));

You might consider a logit transformation instead.

ltBob= log((Bob/100)/(1-Bob/100));
