I need FeSO4 solution for my macromolecular interaction studies. when i dissolved in the phosphate or Tris buffer it get precipitate. Even in water, i cannot prepare 1x10-5 m/ 5 mL concentration.So kindly help in this problem.

Use the deoxygenated water (bubbling with argon or nitrogen gaz for 1hr)

Iron phosphates are insoluble. Do not use phosphate buffer. Fe(II) is readily oxidized, so you have to keep inert atmosphere.
