How do I differentiate PC12 cell?

is there a specific density to use? I am using PC12 ADH from ATCC.

I am using 1% horse serum differentiation media with 100 ng/ml 7s NGF from sigma. but the cells do not seemed to differentiate.

I have coated T75 flask with rat tail collagen type 1. but on scaffold, they are not collagen coated when I do the differentiation. will this affect the differentiation?
