How do I define beta-phase PVDF in the materials library in CST Studio software?

I am currently working on an FSS, for which I will need to use a layer of beta-phase PVDF on the top surface. Beta-phase PVDF is not found in the materials library in CST. Would you please give me some guidance on how to upload it into the materials library in CST. Thanking you in advance.

Find out the material properties at the frequency you want from the internet or other publications and the add the material as a user specified material. You can add it to the library if you wish.
