As a Yes/ No response is categorical in nature, it would be better if you list out your research question/ objective. And depending on that, you can opt-in mostly for the non-parametric tests.
Dichotomous questions have an unusual property; they are considered interval-level data because all intervals have the same meaning (since there is only one interval). You can use a wide variety of analytic techniques. In regression analysis, you can use them as independent variables (i.e., as dummy variables) or dependent variables (e.g., using logit analysis). Of course, you can create crosstabulations, and there may be times when you want to sum them. The proper technique depends on what you want to test, what it is that you are measuring, and how the variables are interrelated.
Dear Mr Shahanga, every statistical analysis depend primarily on the questions you want to answer. There are various ways, from frequency percentages and crosstabulations to logit analysis. I think if you share your research questions, you can get more advise
