So I have a variable that describes whether people were termed from their job and some people have data for their termination data but other people are missing that info. If people are missing that date, we want to use the date they were removed from the system as a proxy for termination date. But I can't figure out how to write the SPSS syntax for: If termination = 1, and term_date is missing then term_date =removed_date. Help!!
