In fluorescence sensor, i got the straight line (slope and intercept) in Benesi–Hildebrand plot, from this how to calculate the association constant?

In the case of UV-Vis absorbances, for which there are in general absorption overlap, a more complex equation is obtained. See for example the article in Wikipedia:

Whats the difference between ΔFmax and ΔF? As per my understanding, F is fluorescence intensity in the presence of metals ions. F0 is fluorescence intensity in the absence of metals ions. The difference of these gives us the ΔF. I am confused about the ΔFmax, how should I calculate it? I have confusion in calculating this value please let me help in calculating this value?
