%change = (Sen's slope * length of period)*100 / mean
length of period might simply be the no. of data points from which you are calculating mean!

The formula should be %change = (Sen's slope * length of period)/mean *100
Still some doubt arises, when it is calculated for several places within a single time series.
Both the formulas are same with 100 multiplied in the numerator!
