I did a clinical trial for 2 groups (30 Type 2 DM patients in each group), and after I complete the study I did 2*3 (2groups and with 3 continuous measures: at baseline, after 3 months and after 6 months) repeated measure ANOVA to compare the effect of intervention between the 2 groups (and also between parts of these groups: insulin users in group 1 vs insulin users in group2 and oral hypoglycemic users in group 1 vs those in group 2), so how can I check the statistical power for my work for the 3 comparisons using repeated measure ANOVA?
