I put the S parameter in CST Design Studio and set it to the active S parameter, but how do I add the bias voltage to it.And should I add a discrete port to the CST MWS to connect Touchstone to it?

You can use lumped element and it has the option to add Touchstone file in its pop-up menu.

Hello,
You can use either Touchstone block for data import in CST Design Studio, or Lumped elements in CST MWS, biasing purpose should be included into touchstone file,
