I'm calculating theoretical capacity of different materials for Lithium-Ion battery from formula of following thread.
Specific capacity = charge stored / mass
For one mole of a cathode material, assuming it provides "x" moles of electrons:
Sp. Cap. = x*Na*Qe/Mw
Where,
Na = Avagadro's number
Qe = Charge of an electron (in coulombs)
Mw = Formula mass of cathode material
This value is in coulombs/gram.
To convert it to mAh/gram, divide by 3.6
i tried for Li22Si5 but it is coming around 2000mAh/g.
