I understand that before application of Morisky green questionnaire I should get a permission but how can I get an ethical approval for this questionnaire in another country with different language (the translated version has been validated already).

Prepare a Note for patients in which you explain in brief the content of the survey and the questionnaire, add a consent form afor participant to be signed and attach these two elements to the protocol of the study and the questionnaire itself and present all the documentation to the competent IRB.
