How can you generate an ellipsoid which touches the failure surface of the original space of random variables in the reliability analysis of a system?

I have calculated Hasofer and Lind's reliability index Beta using excel spread sheet given by B.K. Low. Using this value, I have to generate 1-Stdev Dispersion Ellipse and Critical Ellipse. I am little exposed to Matlab. Kindly provide me procedure or steps to construct ellipses. It would be greatly helpful if I get MATlab codes. Find the attachments for more information.

I know the procedure or steps to construct ellipse and ellipsoids. But I don't know exactly how to implement it in the software or modelling tools like Matlab. Kindly help me.
