I had a problem letting the agarose gel into the liquid paraffin since agarose gel melts when it stayed in it. This way, paraffin could not go into the agarose gel, and when I am trying to cut it, there is a hole :( I also added the picture for better understanding. I hope that someone help me. Our agarose is low melting temperature around 65 degrees, and embedding station is around 64 degrees. I tried to decrease the temperature of the embedding station to 60 degrees, but it stayed solid at that temperature.
