My offices located in Switzerland are heated in winter, hence comfortable. In summer, the passive cooling strategy (see attache paper) keeps them comfortable (
Hi, in order to achieve adequate thermal conditions during Greek hot summer, within our office we use a split unit AC from morning to midday and natural ventilation (window opening) in the afternoon when ambient temperature is decreasing. Our target values are 23-26 °C of indoor air Temperature and 30-60% of RH. Our office is about 30sqm (reinforced concrete) with double glazed windows (aluminum frame).
From an architectonic point of view, seek thermal improvement by enhancing the entry of convective air, recirculating hot air to high areas of your room and maintaining a flow of cold air by thermal crossing between ventilated areas. There is no summer heat, and there is a poor distribution of accumulated air and the non-overcoming of natural thermal energy. Give it ok if you agree!
