Generally speaking, qualitative researchers do not "validate" their interviews. The ideas of member checking and auditing both come from Lincoln and Guba (1985) who preferred to replace the term validity with credibility. If you think that readers might have an issue with the credibility of your interviews, then you might do member checks, although most qualitative researchers do not. As far as auditing goes, this is very rare indeed.
