Cohen Kappa or Cronbach Alpha for reliability?

I have been reading and watching youtube and reading papers on Cohen Kappa and Cronbach Alpha? I am aware Cohen Kappa looks at inter-rater reliability. Which is more suitable for module reliability during pilot study?
