I want to integrate SVM or RNN with ANN (feed-forward back propagation) for PV power forecasting in matlab as well as R-language platform. But I am not able to understand how , I will use SVM or RNN for the same purpose. Kindly give me some suggestion and matter with the help of suitable example so that, I am able to start my work.
