Let us consider the melting point of the plate material is 1500K. Under the application of the heat flux, heat will be transferred to the work piece and a temperature profile will be generated. How can we model so as to remove the section of the material that is above the melting point once it reaches the melting point even before the actual completion of the time frame over which the heat flux is supplied.
