I think we can improve the participation of female researchers in STEM via different mechanisms. One possibly can be publishing in team. The other technique can be offering trainings that focus on the 'tips and tricks' of publishing in journals that dwell on hard sciences. Do you agree?

Producing female researchers who have the gut to face the challenges of researching the fields of hard science is important.
