How can we put the estimated values in XPSPEAK41 software in curve fitting process, rather than putting some blind values in parameters?

I think that by putting some blind parameters, you can not exactly fit the peaks. You have to be sure that how many peaks u can put in a single peak for the best fitting. Just put the cursor where you think that there might be a peak and go on optimizing......If it will be correct then it will go on optimizing exactly otherwise not.....

And do not forget to put the peak type...i.e,, s, p, d or f
