I had got Likert scale type questions entered to SPSS from 189 response of manufacturing industries. My question is how to analyze these response so that the result obtained will be reactive for occupational safety and health improvement as a dependent variable for this research. The independent variables were classified as knowledge and awareness based, management based, technology and supplier based, collaboration and support based, hazards cause based, policy, standards &guidelines based and personal protective equipment based.

Hello Kassu, you have to go through procedures such as normality, validity, correlational analysis and followed by using linear regression for your model. You can use the SPSS book by Andy Field.
