I suggest filtering the solution to remove any particulates. If filtering alone is not enough, perhaps changing the ratio of solid to solvent in favor of more solvent, so the solution is not saturated -- although I would still recommend filtering after that, too.

Dear Lynette Kogler, thanks for your answer. However we tried filtering the solution, but still no good result. I also didnot find any exact recipe for the preparation.

Thanks for your answer. And thanks for the paper suggestion. However In my question I mentioned SnCl4.5H2O not SnCl2. Can u suggest me a better formula with SnCl4.5H2O please.
