How can we prepare and optimize the biochar from rice husk through pyrolysis?

I am preparing biochar from rice husk for the sake of my work and now I am confused in optimizing.

Rice husk carbon has a high content of silica, sodium, potassium and calcium and I imagine that pyrolysis will be aimed at taking advantage of some of these constituents or the carbon itself, so its subsequent separation from some of these components should be part of the processing scheme.
