I don't think you want to prepare a room, most people use water baths to grow cultures or small reach-in incubators. It would be dangerous to walk in to a room that was 65-80 degrees C.

I agree with the answer of Michael as we can't set a 65°C or 80°C room for incubation but we can use dry incubator or bath to grow thermophillic bacteria.
