If we are using the multi-tray system indirect solar dryer and we want to measure the load on every tray in regular intervals of time, then how can we measure the load of the drying materials stored in the tray. If we are using the load cell, how can we attach it to an indirect dryer?

You can simply install the load cell as in the link below. A simple mechanical assembly can be built, measuring can be taken by adding each tray.
