How can we measure ions inside the plasmodium using fluorescence probes?

for such studies like "impact of phytochemicals on influx and efflux of ions ..."

please precise what a kind of phytochemicals (I call them phytos) and what a kind of fluorescence probes will be used in your research.

You cannot attend a good answer when you post a very vague and unprecise question!!

- What a kind of ions will be measured (sodium, potassium, calcium ...)?

- Have you bought or isolated your phytos with solvents after collection?

-Do you know the activity and the concentration in use during your research

- Do you use the falciparum ?

- You write : Phytos in plural! Have you found the effective dose for your future studies in published references (WHO reports or journals?
