I need to purify antibodies presents in a serum using ultrafiltration.
We know that ultrafiltration use pression.
How can we justify the use of centrifugation for this purpose ?
Can you inspire me with some tips i can use to make it happen ?

There are 2 main ways to concentrate protein using centrifugation.
First the use of PTFE membranes usually conical that hold the sample and are then spun. The force of centrifugation forces the water through the membrane into a tube below leaving a more concentrated sample. These can also be use like dialysis membranes to change the medium that the protein is dissolved in. It is very quick and easy and suitable for concentrating many samples at one time. Check Amicon, Corning or many similar companies for filter tubes and membranes
and uses ordinary lab centrifuges.
the other way involves freezing the samples in small eppendorf style tubes then spinning them in a centrifuge that is attached to a vacuum pump . The Centrifuge chamber is heated and the spinning stops the sample from boiling under reduced pressure and the water gently but quickly evaporates away. This method needs more expensive equipment and is slower than spinning through membranes but is cheaper on consumables. It concentrates everything including salts in the original sample
You can also use the "Sucrose density gradient" or "cesium chloride gradient" column. You can centrifuge your sample on this column, then extract the area containing your antibody using the fraction-collector machine.
I recommend using (MBR) membrane bioreactor with low operating pressure.. it will do the job
